We will learn about when to start, how to start and with which foods to start.  I will be presenting my 3 STEPS TO SOLIDS guidelines that respect the rhythm of each baby. We will be careful to include well balanced proteins and keeping allergenic foods for the right moment.  We will talk about purées as well as Baby Led Weaning so that you can find your own way to enjoy this important step in the life of your little one.  You will receive a list of foods to hang on your fridge and guide up past 1 year of age!
